The Brasserie was inaugurated in December 1998, conserving the original structure of the colonial house, adorned with antiques, maps and pictures of the time, all this together to offer an unique ambiance.
Menu counts with more than about 30 plates with specialities in European and International cut of Meats, Fish and Seafood. Another special facet of their ample recipes list is salads and pasta.
We also combine ingredients with tropical elements of our country.
